As a funny motivational speaker, I always look for the funny in things.  So let's face it, we have no idea how this election will turn out. Even if the popular candidate wins; there is still the fixed part of the election just like a few years ago we have yet to wait for this evening.

With four generations in the workplace - each with their own distinct values and beliefs, conflicts among employees are rising.
