Jolene Jang

The Fun Specialist

Bring your meetings to life, whether you are in Seattle or Dubai. The Fun Specialist energizes and enhances routine meetings and conferences. She manages the power of fun and strategically integrates it into the program to get and hold the audience's attention.

Does your department experience any of the following?

  • Miscommunications
  • Generation gaps
  • Lack of motivation
  • Lack of confidence
  • Issues with change

Let the Fun Specialist help you...

  • Maximize face to face meetings
  • Cultivate cubicle connections
  • Strengthen your virtual teams
  • Revive and refresh routines
  • Increase retention

Her philosophy is to make it inviting for your audience to do what you want. For example, if you want them to remember the ten steps to selling your new product, then illustrate, gesture, use analogies, animate these steps and make it personal to them. They may not remember the text on the PowerPoint, but they will not forget the way shy, techie, Frank shocked the audience with his unexpected humor.

Go with the Fun Specialist because you want the session to…
• Be interactive, both mentally and physically.
• Be inclusive and show the value in diverse perspectives.
• Be enjoyable, not just inform ational.
• Be perceived as a reward, not a punishment.
• Be effective in bringing back face to face communication.
• Engage the disengaged.
