Raeus earned her BS from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Raeus worked as an addiction counselor for nearly 2 decades and held national and state licenses. Raeus is a Certified Networker Program Trainer (CNPT). She is the President and Founder of Referral Exchange Organization (REO, LLC), a business introduction network. Her vision is to see a world where professionals enjoy making meaningful connections that lead to profitable relationships. She would like to wipe out the “dreaded cold call” and towards that end she has not made a cold call since 1998!
Raeus is the author of ABC’s of Networking (a reference guide for attending networking events) and Traffic School (a training course for professionals that want to strategically leverage relationships, referrals and reciprocity). She has authored several articles on networking, business relationships, overcoming fear, and driving prospects.
Raeus is a member of the National Speakers Association (NSA); American Society of Trainers & Developers (ASTD); and Toastmasters. She serves on several boards of both business and philanthropic organizations.
