It was a simple game we played in Elementary School. One person was chosen as the leader. All the children lined up behind that leader, he or she moves around, and you follow and mimic whatever the leader does. If you fail to follow the leader?s actions you are out of the game. The last one remaining is the new leader. Fast forward a few years. One person is chosen the leader and then all hell breaks loose. It doesn't have to. This program is ONLY for organizations that are serious when it comes to encouraging risk, creativity and innovation.

Whining really does get a bad rap. We tell employees to stop whining. We tell kids to stop whining. We tell our friends to stop whining. We tell customers to stop whining. There are shirts, signs, plaques and buttons that suggest people stop whining. Well I disagree. I disagree so much that I have figured out a way for people to use whining to become better employees, employers, parents, partners and friends. I'm Not An Accountant! (Finance & Accounting for Non-Accountants)

Rich has taught sunflower seed salesmen how to prepare a budget. Rich has taught travel agents how to read a financial statement. Rich took his Big 8 and Corporate Accounting experience and taught a CPA Review course. All had one thing in common - it was done with fun and humor. The review course administration will forever wonder how the words accounting and fun ended up in the same sentence on the instructor evaluation. Do you need to teach your non-accountants a little bit of basic finance?
